Grapes came from the Swartland region. Grapes were harvested at 24.5 degrees Balling. Fermentation took place at 28 degrees Celsius. Extended skin maceration, pressed and post fermentation malolactic.
Prominent raspberry aromas are mixed with elegant dark berry, spicy oak and rich coffee tones.
As the raspberry is confirmed on the palate, the subtle flavour of white pepper and strawberry culminate tocreate a well-structured wine, with arefreshing, lingering finish.
